How We Work

1. You choose your items

Browse by category, search for something specific, or check out New Arrivals and seasonal sales. Add items to your cart or save them to your favourites for later.

2. You pay through Paystack

At checkout, payment is processed by Paystack. You can pay by card, bank transfer or USSD - whichever you'd normally use. An order is only confirmed once payment succeeds; nothing ships on an unpaid order.

3. We prepare and ship your order

Once payment is confirmed, we prepare your order for delivery. Shipping is free on every order nationwide while we grow our logistics network - there's no shipping fee to calculate or minimum order size to hit.

4. We keep you updated

We don't issue individual courier tracking numbers today. Instead, we send an email as your order moves from confirmed to shipped to delivered, along with an estimated delivery date set when your order ships. You can also check the current status any time from your orders page if you're signed in.

5. If something's wrong, we fix it

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or an order needs to be refunded, our support team can process a refund back to your original payment method - see our Return & Refund policy for details, or reach out directly via Contact Us.
