Payment Options

We use Paystack

All payments on Gobeya are processed by Paystack, a payment processor used by thousands of businesses across Nigeria. Depending on your bank and card, you can typically pay with:

• Debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Verve)
• Bank transfer
• USSD

Exact options shown at checkout depend on what Paystack makes available for your bank at the time.

Payment is required to confirm an order

An order is only placed once payment succeeds. If a payment fails or is not completed, the order will not be confirmed and nothing will be shipped - you're welcome to try again from your cart.

Is it safe?

Yes. Your card details are entered directly into Paystack's secure payment page - Gobeya never receives or stores your full card number, expiry date or CVV.

Payment issues

If you were charged but didn't receive an order confirmation, or you see a charge you don't recognise, contact Support with your payment reference so we can look into it.
