Do I need an account to shop?You can browse and add items to your cart as a guest, but you'll need an account to place an order and to view your order history at /orders.

How do I update my details? Sign in and go to My Account to update your name, email, phone number and delivery addresses.

I forgot my password.Use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in page - we'll email you a reset link.

Orders

How do I check my order status? Sign in and visit /orders for real-time status on every order. You'll also get an email as your order moves from confirmed to shipped to delivered.

Can I change or cancel an order after paying? Contact Support as soon as possible - we can usually help if the order hasn't shipped yet.

Payments

How do I pay? All payments are processed securely through Paystack - see Payment Options for details.
