Gobeya doesn't currently issue individual courier tracking numbers. Instead, we keep you informed in two simple ways.

1. Order status emails

You'll receive an email as your order moves through each stage: confirmed, shipped and delivered. No need to check a separate courier website - the update comes straight to your inbox.

2. An estimated delivery date

Once your order ships, we provide an estimated delivery date so you know roughly when to expect it.

3. Real-time status in your account

If you're signed in, you can check the current status of any order at any time from your orders page. This is the fastest way to see exactly where an order stands.
